Truly Noted

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These are pre-launch Terms that cover only the Truly Noted Site and waitlist. Before the Service opens to its first cohort in Q3 2026, we will publish complete product terms and notify every waitlist member by email.

Agreement

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Mnemetica Inc. (referred to here as “Mnemetica,” “we,” “us”), the operator of the Truly Noted service. Our website is at gettrulynoted.com, which we refer to here as the “Site,” and we refer to the Truly Noted service as the “Service.” By accessing the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this covers

These Terms apply to the Truly Noted Site at gettrulynoted.com, the waitlist you can join to receive updates on the Service, any whitepapers or essays we publish, and any email we send you about the waitlist. They do not cover the Truly Noted Service itself, which is not yet available. We will publish the terms covering the final launched Service before the first cohort of customers begins to use it.

The Truly Noted Service

Once it is launched, we will offer the Service to help individuals involved in high-conflict divorce/dissolution or other family law cases or matters. The Service will help our customers quickly and efficiently gather all the disparate documents and other files relevant to their cases in one place — our protected platform. Our customers can then share access to files stored on our platform with their attorneys. Our AI tools can then analyze de-identified copies of the files and flag patterns of behavior for your attorney to review and provide you with legal advice and other family law services.

Not legal advice

Truly Noted is a documentation tool. Nothing on this Site, in the waitlist emails, or in any whitepaper, essay, or other content we publish is legal advice. Reading our content does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Mnemetica or any of its personnel. If you need legal advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Not a substitute for counsel

The Truly Noted Service, when launched, will organize and summarize documentation. It will not interpret legal strategy, predict outcomes, or substitute for an attorney’s judgment.

Not an emergency safety tool

If you are or your child is in immediate danger, call 911 or the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. Truly Noted is not designed for, and must not be relied on as, an emergency safety service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or join the waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you represent that you are an adult and that the information you submit (such as your email address) is accurate and belongs to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

The Truly Noted mark, the Mnemetica trade name and mark, the design of the Site, and all written content, whitepapers, and essays are the property of Mnemetica Inc., protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may share our published essays and whitepapers in their entirety if you attribute it to Mnemetica Inc., but not otherwise. You may not modify, excerpt out of context, or commercialize them without our advance written permission.

No commitments to specific features or timing

The Site describes features, timelines, and capabilities for a service that has not yet launched. Statements about Truly Noted — including the Q3 2026 early access window, supported file types, brief generation, and pattern detection — are based on our current plans. They are not commitments. Product features, scope, and timing may change.

Whitepapers and essays

Content we publish, including Your Conversation with Claude is now Exhibit B and Consumer AI and Discovery Exposure: A Framework for Family Law Practice After United States v. Heppner, is editorial and educational commentary. It is not legal advice, an endorsement, or a recommendation for any specific course of action. References to legal cases, statutes, or rulings are summaries written for a general audience and may simplify or omit details. Confirm their applicability to your situation or anything legally consequential with a licensed attorney.

Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party websites for further information (for example, the National Domestic Violence Hotline) and may rely on third-party services for hosting and email delivery. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third party. Linking to a third party does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL MNEMETICA CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. MNEMETICA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NOTHING ON THIS SITE IS LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, AND YOU MUST NOT RELY ON IT AS SUCH.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH, MNEMETICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ADVERSE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR OF ANY MNEMETICA CONTENT TO ANY OF YOUR FAMILY LAW, DIVORCE, CUSTODY, OR OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MNEMETICA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT LAW, TORT LAW, A STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PART OR ALL OF THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mnemetica and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party privacy, intellectual property, or other right.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in San Jose, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. For material changes, we will notify waitlist members by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time and may unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any email we send. We may suspend or remove anyone from the waitlist who violates these Terms or whose use we reasonably believe is communicating or behaving in a fraudulent, abusive, or harmful manner.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Mnemetica regarding the Truly Noted Site, Content, and waitlist, and they supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
