Truly Noted
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This is a pre-launch privacy policy that covers the Truly Noted waitlist only. Before the Service opens to its first cohort in Q3 2026, we will publish a complete product privacy policy and notify every waitlist member by email.
Who we are
Truly Noted is a service of Mnemetica Inc., a California corporation. Mnemetica Inc. is the data controller for everything described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@mnemetica.com.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to the Truly Noted waitlist at gettrulynoted.com. It does not cover the Truly Noted Service itself, which is not yet available. The full product privacy policy will publish before the first cohort begins.
What we collect
From the waitlist form, your email address, and optionally your first name, last name, and your state if you choose to provide them. We do not ask for your case details or any sensitive personal information at this stage.
From our hosting and email service providers, we also receive standard technical logs: IP address, browser type, the date and time you submitted the form, and (once you receive our emails) open and click events. This is typical for any website and email list.
Why we collect it
- To notify you when early access opens
- To send you the Heppner whitepaper, if it was offered when you signed up
- To send you notice when Truly Noted expands to new states
- To prioritize invitations by state as we open new coverage, if you share your state
Who we share it with
Your email is stored with HubSpot, our customer relationship and email platform, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell your email. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing.
AI and model training
Your email and any information you submit through the waitlist is not used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else’s.
How long we keep it
We keep your email on the waitlist until you ask us to remove it, you unsubscribe, or the waitlist closes. When the waitlist closes, we will either delete your email or move it to the Truly Noted Service mailing list with your separate consent.
Your rights
California residents have specific privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We extend these rights to everyone on the waitlist, regardless of where you live:
- The right to know what personal information we have about you
- The right to access a copy of it
- The right to correct inaccurate information
- The right to delete it
- The right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither)
- The right to limit use of sensitive personal information (we collect none)
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@mnemetica.com from the address on your waitlist record, or contact us through the address below. We will respond within 45 days, as required by California law.
Cookies and tracking
The Truly Noted waitlist page does not set first-party tracking cookies. HubSpot may set a small number of functional cookies to process your form submission. We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking on this page.
Security
We rely on industry-standard security from our hosting and email service providers, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but the data we hold at this stage is limited to your email address.
Children
Truly Noted is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
Before the Truly Noted Service opens, we will publish a complete product privacy policy. We will notify every waitlist member by email of any material change before it takes effect.
