You’ve probably typed something about your case into ChatGPT, Claude, or another chat tool, whether to think it through, draft a hard message, or make sense of a contradictory order.
In February 2026, a federal court ruled that conversations with consumer AI tools aren’t protected by attorney-client privilege or the work-product doctrine. They can be subpoenaed, and they can end up as exhibits in your case.
Consumer AI was never built for this, but Truly Noted was. Your data isn’t used to train any model, and what it produces is built for your attorney to read and use.

De-identification
Names and identifying details are de-identified before any data leaves the environment. Your data is not used to train any model. Truly Noted retrieves and organizes. It does not interpret legal strategy, and it does not speculate about what is or isn’t in your documents. An external privacy review is in progress and will be completed before launch.

Is Truly Noted legal advice?
No. Truly Noted organizes and summarizes your documentation. Your attorney makes every legal decision.
How is this different from OurFamilyWizard or TalkingParents?
Those platforms capture messages between you and your co-parent going forward. Truly Noted ingests your full historical record (texts, emails, exports, screenshots, court filings, school correspondence) and turns it into a structured brief. They serve different purposes and can be used together.
What happens to my data?
Names and identifying details are de-identified before they’re processed. Your data is not used to train any model. The full privacy posture will be professionally vetted and reviewed before launch.
Do I need an attorney to use Truly Noted?
No. You can generate a brief and hold it while you shop for counsel, or share it with legal aid. Once you designate an attorney, they stay connected for every brief that follows.
When does early access open?
First cohort opens in Q3 2026. Waitlist members are invited in order of signup.
